Need help gaining access to ISCB Nucleus, the ISCB conference platform?

1. Are you logged in to Nucleus?
   Double check to make sure you are logged in.  In the upper right hand corner of ISCB Nucleus or the virtual conference platform is a login function.  Click on “Log In” and follow the prompts. 
2. Are you an ISCB member and still struggling to gain access to ISCB Nucleus?
   Email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. to ensure your access token is activated.  Remember your MyISCB portal login is not the same as ISCB Nucleus unless you set it up.  You must use the email associated with your ISCB membership.
3. Have you registered for the conference/event?
   Access to the conference specific platform is based on active registration to that conference.  You must use the same email that you used during the registration process.  If you are still experiencing difficulties email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. to check your access permissions.
4. Are you not a member of ISCB but interested in accessing ISCB Nucleus?
   We strongly recommend your consideration to join ISCB - https://www.iscb.org/become-a-member.  ISCB members get complimentary access to ISCB Nucleus and all of the functions within.  This includes unlimited access to ISCBacademy, ISCBacademy training series, and archived content. Non-members can still access the content library by registering for access here: https://iscb.swoogo.com/ISCBnucleus-registration

Using the Juno App:

1. Download the Juno app from your applications store.
2. Launch the application from your phone.
3. Ask for the magic link using the email address you used for your ISCB membership or ISCB conference registration
4. Open the magic link from your phone and choose open with Juno app

After you launch the app for the first time, you can log into the app using your user name and password without receiving a magic link.

ISCB Laboratory/Group Membership

ISCB now offers an easy and convenient way to register your lab/group to be part of our prestigious Society, the ISCB Laboratory/Group Membership.   ISCB Laboratory/Group Membership starts at a minimum of five (5) lab individuals, specifically one (1) Principal Investigator and four (4) students or postdoctoral fellows.  All of the designated individuals will receive full ISCB benefits – voting, conference discounts, award opportunities, etc.  Lab/Group Membership will also include recognition in the ISCB annual report as supporter of the Society. Additional specific features of the program:

• Your grant to ISCB supports the activity of the Society and 20% of your unrestricted contribution will be designated to travel fellowships issued to student and post-doctoral scholar members.
• ISCB will hold an Innovation Forum roundtable event at ISMB annually. The Roundtable is conducted by the ISCB Industry Advisory Council, which has a liaison representative to the ISCB Board of Directors to offer advice and counsel from an industry perspective to ISCB leadership. The Roundtable also assists ISCB to maximize satisfaction of the program.
