ISCB MEMBERS: ISCB will double-check your affiliation status before confirming registration with ISCB members discount. ISCB members have a 20% discount over the regular fee. 

NON-MEMBERS OF ISCB: Nonmembers will be able to join ISCB and immediately receive member rates for AdvCompBio 2019.

STUDENTS: Students are required to upload proof of their student status (e.g. enrolment to PhD programme, a scan of student ID, etc)

 

REGISTRATION WAIVER FELLOWSHIPS


Thanks to the Dr. Antoni Esteve Foundation, the eLIFE publisher, the Genes Open Access Journal and the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya we are glad to announce that a limited number of free registration fellowships are available to students and young researchers (the latter, eligible if a PhD thesis has been completed after 30th November 2017).

   - Curriculum Vitae (max. 4 pages)

   - Motivation letter (max. 1 page)

Registration waiver fellowships will only be awarded to attendees whose abstract has been accepted for either poster or oral presentation.

REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS


All conference fees for the AdvCompBio 2019 Conference are charged in Euros. Payment is available both with credit card or by bank transfer

Credit cards 
The following credit cards are accepted for registration: American Express, MasterCard, and Visa.

Bank transfer
The payment is due 7 days after registration

  • Visa invitation letters

Invitation letters required for visa applications will be sent when specifically requested after registration and payment of the registration fee. You must be registered and paid-in-full for the conference in order to receive an invitation letter.

  • Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: Request for registration cancellation must be made in writing and emailed to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. All refunds will be processed after the conference. Refunds will be made in accordance with the following schedule:

Cancellations received by September 15th, 2019 will receive a 50% refund.

No refund of fees will be made after September 15th, 2019.
