The purpose of the ISMB Demo session is to demonstrate the software/hardware relevant to the molecular biology community. Demonstration times will be scheduled throughout the conference and are open to corporations, non-profit organization, government labs and university staff and students.

CORPORATE DEMOS: The cost of the demo is $500 for corporations, you may sign up on the Corporate Opportunity Form listed above and submit along with your fees. NON-PROFIT DEMO: The demo session is free for non-profit organization, government labs and university staff and students. Please submit the demo requests and cancellations directly to ismb2000@sdsc.edu. Please indicate demo duration and the preferred dates and times. You may sign up on the Academic/Non-profit Form link above and fax in your request to participate.

FORMAT: A maximum of 2 hour time slot will be allotted to each demo presentation within the times and dates listed below. Presenters can indicate the preferred time slot in their application form. Slots will be filled on first come first serve basis.

Deadlines:

Demo slot cancellation: July 3rd

FACILITIES: Seating capacity of 60ppl

AUDIO VISUAL FACILITIES: Standard computer platforms (Unix workstation, MAC, Windows), laptop hookups and a projector will be available in the rooms. For any special hardware/software needs please contact ismb2000demos@sdsc.edu
