Student/PDF Travel Fellowship Applications (closes May 15, 2002)

Awardees will be reimbursed in Edmonton at the time of registration. Successful applicants will be notified by May 20, 2002. A cheque for awardees must be picked up at the registration desk at the time of registration.

Students or post-doctoral fellows wishing to apply for ISCB travel fellowships must meet the following criteria:

  • Registered in a degree program (undergraduate or graduate) OR a post-doctoral fellow at an accredited University, College or Research Institute at the time of ISMB 2002 attendance

  • Presenting either a poster or a paper at ISMB 2002.

Students or Post-doctoral fellows wishing to apply for a fellowship must complete and submit the following form prior to12:00 noon, May 15, 2002 (local time). They must also be presenting a paper or must submit a poster abstract prior to May 25, 2002.  The award value varies according to place of origin and budget request.  The maximum award is $US1500. Some students may be eligible for registration fee waivers in addition to a travel award.  Any questions regarding submissions should be addressed to: fellowships@ismb02.org
