Attention Poster Authors: The ideal poster size is A0 (and cannot exceed a maximum of 0.90 m (wide) x 1.20 m (high). View an image of the poster board here.


Print Your Poster in Dublin: Located 5 minutes from the Convention Centre Dublin, BizPOST will provide poster printing at a special rate of €40.00 (VAT included). Regular hours are 8.00am until 5.00pm Monday to Friday and by arrangement outside of those hours. Please forward your file in pdf format to mail@bizpost.ie or bridget@bizpost.ie . Please include ISMB 2015 Printing in the subject title to avail of pre-arranged discounted prices.


If you can not find your poster please contact submissions@iscb.org and provide either your submission ID or presentation title

 

Posters Display Schedule:

There will be two (2) poster sessions at ISMB/ECCB. Please review the schedule below for poster set-up, poster presentation and poster removal times.

Odd Numbered posters:

Set-up: Sunday, July 12 (8:30 am - 10:00 am)
On display Sunday, July 12, 10:00 a.m. through Monday, July 13, 2:30 p.m.
Poster reception with Author presentations will take place Sunday, July 12: 5:40 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.
Odd numbered Posters must be removed on Monday, by 2:30 pm.

Even Numbered posters:

Set-up: Monday, July 13 (2:30 pm - 4:30 pm)
On display Monday, July 13, 4:30 p.m. through Tuesday, July 14, 2:30 p.m.
Poster reception with Author presentations will take place Monday, July 13: 5:40 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.
Even numbered Posters must be removed on Tuesday, July 14, by 4:30 pm.


Poster Sessions with Authors are held 5:45 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. on Sunday, July 12 (odd numbered posters) and Monday, July 13 (even numbered posters). Authors should be prepared in advanced to be available to present on their assigned day. Please note due to the large number of posters we are unable to accept special requests for presentation dates
