| The Computational & Molecular Biology Symposium 2017 will be held at the Conway Institute of Biomolecular and Biomedical Research in University College Dublin (UCD). It is jointly organised by PhD students from the Bioinformatics and Systems Biology and Computational Infection Biology programs. This event will showcase the thriving local research and scientific community that is present at UCD and in Dublin to Irish and international academic researchers and industrial companies. It will also feature internationally renowned keynote speakers from a wide range of fields within the sphere of computational and molecular biology to present their research. The symposium will feature keynote lectures from: • Dr Laura Boykin (University of Western Australia) • Prof. J Ross Fitzgerald (University of Edinburgh) • Dr Shabaz Mohammed (University of Oxford) • Dr Victoria Sanz Moreno (King’s College London) • Dr Claus Jorgensen (University of Manchester) • Prof. Mohamed Lamkanfi (Ghent University) • Dr Evangelia Petsalaki (EMBL-EBI) |
