A postdoctoral research fellowship in machine learning for proteomics is available in Lukas Källs labratory at the Center for Biomembrane Research (CBR), Stockholm University.
Mass spectrometry based proteomics is to high degree depending on efficient database searching tools and clever algorithmic to interpret the outcome of an assay. The project deals with protein quantification as well as how to increase the mass accuracy of mass spectrometers using machine learning techniques. |
