The talk specific feeds were created each day shortly before the start of the first presentation and the blog entries can be still accessed either on the conference website here or on the FriendFeed server here.

Twitter and FriendFeed users used the #ISMB and #ECCB11 hashtags to post any updates related to the ISMB/ECCB 2011 conference. The BioMed Central Blog entitled Genome Biology’s Viennese waltz at the ISMB gives a brief summary about some highlights of the conference.
