ISMB ECCB 2004 promises to be the year's premiere event in computational biology and should be viewed as an outstanding opportunity for vendors and exhibitors to highlight their products. To maximize exhibitor exposure the ISMB ECCB 2004 Conference Exhibition will be held at the Scottish Exhbition and Convention Centre together with the conference's poster sessions. The combination of poster sessions, food courts and high quality exhibition space will ensure maximal exposure for your company at this year's conference.

As a courtesy to the participants it is requested that all exhibit booths be open on time each day, be staffed throughout the day and remain until closing on Wednesday, August 4, at 1700.  Deliveries and removal of equipment must be made before and after exhibit hours.

Exhibit Space Reservations

Reservations for an exhibit space must be received by May 15, 2004 to be included in the printed conference program. We will accept reservations for space after May 15, 2004 if space is available, however inclusion in the conference program cannot be guaranteed.

Payment

Please complete the SIGN UP FORM and make checks payable to ISCB/ISMB.

Reservation Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation of your reservation along with additional information for Exhibitors. If you do not receive this information within 3 weeks of submitting an application to exhibit, please e-mail inquiries to sponsorship04@ismbconf.org.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be received in writing to ISCB at 4602 Finsen Avenue, San Diego, CA 92122, e-mail sponsorship04@ismbconf.org or fax +1-858-623-0050. A full refund less US$100 administration fee if cancellation received prior to May 16, 2004. 50% refund if cancellation received between May 16 and June 16, 2004. No refund after June 16, 2004.

Hospitality Suites and Sponsored events

Industry sponsored dinners, receptions, entertainment activities and/or meetings may not be scheduled in direct conflict with scientific sessions. Thank you for adhering to this.

Exhibitor Service Kit

Each exhibiting company will receive a confirmation packet including a complete service kit with forms to arrange for shipping, additional furnishings, electrical, internet connections, telephone orders, etc.
