Dues and subscription
costs are listed in US dollars (USD). We accept most major credit
cards, and if your local currency is not USD you will receive your
bank's prevailing exchange rate (which is usually quite competitive).
Journal subscriptions run on a volume basis. You will receive back
issues for the journals if you subscribe anytime after the start
of the journal's volume.

Although discounted journal pricing is not further categorized by the World Bank list of economies, Oxford University Press does offer developing countries free (or greatly reduced) online access to many of their journals, including Bioinformatics and Human Molecular Genetics featured below.
