CONFERENCE SESSION SPONSOR

1. Sponsorship of each of the three keynote speakers: 1.300 €  (VAT included). Includes: accommodation, travel, transfers and dinners. 

2. Sponsorship of each of the invited women to the “Coffee with…”: 700 €  (VAT included). Includes: travel, transfers and a guided visit to La Pedrera.

3. Sponsorship of each of the three coffee breaks: 1.000 € (VAT included)

4. Sponsorship of the poster panels: 700 € (VAT included). Includes: production, shipment and presidential table.

5. Sponsorship of the theatre performance (20 seats): 400 € (VAT included)

REGISTRATION WAIVER FELLOWSHIPS FOR STUDENTS

Sponsorship of registration waiver fellowships for students: 400 € VAT included

The organization plans to grant registration waiver fellowships for attendees who have been selected for posters and / or oral communications. The award of the fellowships will be resolved based on the reception of their CV and a letter of motivation.

The fellowship will allow the assistant awarded to receive a free registration to the AdvCompBio, regular entry.

Benefits:

  • The fellowship will have the name of the sponsor
  • Inclusion of the sponsor's logo on the fellowships section of the conference web
  • If the fellowship holder participates with a poster: she must include the sponsor's logo in her poster
  • If the fellowship holder presents an oral communication: the sponsor's logo must be included in the presentation slides, which will be included in the book of abstracts.
