During ISMB2022 there will be two in-person poster sessions:
Session A, Monday, July 11 and Tuesday, July 12 between 12:30 PM CDT and 2:30 PM CDT
Session B, Wednesday July 13 between 12:30 PM CDT and 2:30 PM CDT
All posters can be presented virtually July 11 - 13, 7:30 AM CDT - 8:30 AM CDT and 6:15 PM CDT - 7:15 PM CDT.
Poster presenters in Madison are asked to have their posters on display for the full duration of either session A or B. Posters are presented in Exhibit Hall A, Level 1
All poster presenters (including those presenting in Madison) will upload a short 5-7 minute video to the virtual conference platfrom site along with a PDF of their poster begining June 30, 2022 and no later than July 5, 2022. The video is part of the video library and all registered delegates will be able to view their poster through the conference platform. Only in-person poster presenters are required to have a physical poster to display in Madison
For optimal viewing, the videos should be recorded in 720p - 1080p and there is no limit on file size.

Posters not removed at outlined times will be taken down and placed on side tables. ISCB will not be responsible for damaged or missing posters.
