We are excited to announce a new approach to our poster presentations, designed to enhance your conference experience! To maximize the opportunity for everyone to engage with groundbreaking research, posters from some tracks will be spread over all four days, while others will be presented over two days. This change allows presenters more time to explore other works in their field and facilitates richer interactions among attendees. Additionally, by breaking down the presentations into smaller, daily segments, you can engage with more research overall—viewing 50 posters a day is far more manageable than trying to absorb 200 in one day. Your support in this transition will help us foster a more inclusive and interactive scientific community.

We require that in-person presenters upload, at minimum, a pdf or an mp4, but prefer you upload both so that our virtual attendees get the most from your work. This also serves to extend the life of your work so that all attendees are able to watch it on-demand after the conference. Virtual presenters are required to upload both.
Files will be uploaded to the virtual conference platform no later than July 2, 2024. The video is part of the video library and all registered delegates will be able to view their poster through the conference platform. Only in-person poster presenters are required to have a physical poster to display in Montréal - Posters cannot exceed 46 inches x 46 inches.

For optimal viewing, the videos should be recorded in 720p - 1080p and there is no limit on file size. Details on preparing your poster recordings can be found at the Presenter Information page.
