Job Detail
Postdoctoral Fellow in Computational Biology
Dana-Farber Cancer Institute/Harvard Medical School
USA-Massachusetts
A postdoctoral fellow position in computational biology is immediately available at Dr. Guo-Cheng Yuan's Lab at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and Harvard Medical School. The fellow will develop novel methods for single-cell analysis, integrating multi-omics information such as transcriptome, epigenomic, and spatial data, with the aim to construct spatial-temporally resolved cell atlases and further link to human diseases. The fellow will have the opportunity to closely interact with the Human Cell Atlas and HuBMAP communities. In an alternative track, the fellow will develop computational methods for analysis of cancer epigenetic data and closely collaborate with cancer biologists.
Candidates interested in the cancer epigenetics track should have strong background in cancer biology.
