Computational Geneticist

If you are a research scientist with a passion for solving biomedical questions using complex, high-dimensional genetics datasets in conjunction with innovative methods, then the Computational Systems Immunology group is the team for you. As a Computational Geneticist, you will be an agile and core contributor in the research of impactful, data-driven problems in Pfizer’s R&D organization. Your core mission is to support our quest for better targets and precision medicine strategies at all stages of the drug discovery process in the Inflammation and Immunology unit. You will conduct integrated analyses anchored in large-scale genetics data and linking to different data modalities.

Qualifications

Ph.D. in Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, Computer Science, Bio-Statistics, or related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience. 5+ years of relevant experience applying quantitative approached to solving biological problems.
