Project Associate on the MSCA DN Project "DANIO-CODE the Next Frontier: Decoding Transcription Regulation in Regeneration by Advanced Genomics and Computational Tools (DANIO-ReCODE)"
Location: Department of Electronics, Laboratory for Computational Biology and Translational Medicine, Zagreb.
Position: 1 associate, full-time, fixed term for 3 years with the possibility of extension.

Qualifications
Applicants must hold a bachelor's in biology, medicine, or technical sciences, and a master’s (or integrated) degree in biology, biomedicine, statistics, bioinformatics, or computer science. Required: working knowledge of R, Python, Java, or C/C++, bioinformatics skills, and excellent English. The candidate must not hold a PhD and must enroll in doctoral studies. Mobility rule: not have lived or worked in Croatia for more than 12 of the past 36 months. Preferred: experience in molecular biology/genomics lab work, genomic data analysis and visualisation, and machine learning/AI methods not based on recent language models.
