During RECOMB/ISCB Conference on Regulatory and Systems Genomics with DREAM Challenges 2022 there will be three in-person poster sessions:
Session A, Wednesday, November 9, 2022 between 8:30 AM - 9:30 AM
Session B, Thursday, November 10, 2022 between 8:30 AM - 9:30 AM
Session C, Friday, November 11, 2022 between 8:30 AM - 9:30 AM
All in-person posters will be assigned a table and there will be additional tables for attendees to use to connect with our virtual presenters. We really want our in-person and virtual attendees and presenters to connect throughout this event.
All posters can be presented virtually during the conference.
Poster presenters in Las Vegas are asked to be present at their table on their assigned day, with all have their
posters on display for the full duration of the conference. All poster presenters, including those presenting
in-person in Las Vegas, will upload a short 5-7 minute video to the virtual conference platform site along with a
PDF of their poster. The video is part of the video library and all registered delegates will be able to view their
poster through the conference platform. In-person poster presenters will use their own laptop or tablet to present
their materials from the virtual platform and are not required to have a physical poster to display in Las Vegas
but may bring one if they so desire. There will not be poster boards available so bringing along a cardboard
tri-fold to display your poster is suggested.
For optimal viewing, the videos should be recorded in 720p - 1080p and there is no limit on file size.
