| The first ESF course on Molecular Interactions was organized in 2002 (http://cassandra.bio.uniroma1.it/ESFcourse )and was very well received by the participants. A second edition of the course will be held in Verona on July 13th-16th 2004 with a similar, although not identical, organization. It will discuss sequence based methods for detecting interactions, docking of macromolecules and docking of protein and ligands and it will consist of lectures and practicals. The training course will be preceded in the same location by the 1st Permanent European School in Bioinformatics (http://cassandra.bio.uniroma1.it/biosap/Euroschool1), a practical course on basic topics in Bioinformatics organized by the EU funded Network of Excellence BioSapiens. |
