Summer School on Computational Methods for RNA
United States - MA - Boston

Hosted by: Clote Lab, Boston College
Venue: Boston College
Dates: Jun 20, 2011 through Jun 24, 2011

Event Registration: 2011-05-16 through 2011-06-06

Description

The objective of this summer school is to provide a detailed exposition of algorithmic methods relevant to RNAomics -- the study of the structure and function of RNA. This includes thermodynamics-based dynamic programming algorithms for RNA secondary structure and hybridization structures, molecular dynamics and constraint methods for RNA tertiary structure prediction, RNA non-coding gene finders, etc.
Registration is only $75.
