The ACM Conference on Bioinformatics, Computational Biology and Biomedical Informatics (ACM BCB) is the flagship conference of the ACM SIGBCB. This is the conference’s fourth year, building upon the success of the first three meetings in Niagara Falls, Chicago, and Orlando. ACM BCB 2013 will be held in Washington D.C. from September 22-25, 2013. The conference offers a forum for premier interdisciplinary research linking computer science, mathematics, statistics, biology, bioinformatics, and biomedical informatics. The past two decades have led to a tremendous growth in the size and dimensionality of biological and biomedical data. This conference serves to showcase leading-edge research in processing, modeling and analyzing these datasets for a variety of applications. |
