Description |
|
This course will offer a detailed overview of the modeling approaches most appropriate to describe neuronal processes and structures, in the perspective of a Systems Biology approach. Hands-on sessions will be used to give an introduction to advanced but common-use simulation tools. The overall goal of the course is to train young scientists in the field of the systems biology of the neuron and to ensure that they will be able to integrate different exhaustive models of neuronal into a larger framework, in the perspective of a comprehensive representation of the whole neuron, obtained by the integration of different models of cellular subsystems. | |
