This is an announcement for the week-long NSF-sponsored RNA Summer School on Synthetic Biology, hosted by the Clote Lab, Biology, Boston College, from June 13-17, 2016. Speakers include experts from Caltech, Harvard, MIT, Rochester, U Mass, Barcelona, Bochum, Leipzig and Boston College. Topics include bacterial RNA regulators, molecular dynamics, inverse folding, secondary structure kinetics, selenocysteine insertion sequences, synthetic design of RNAs (ribozymes, riboswitches, thermometers, small conditional RNAs), and long noncoding RNAs. Registration cost is a nominal fee of $100.
