| An NGS data Analysis Workshop will take place on 15th May at the University of Glasgow and will be run by Polyomics. It will use Galaxy to create an analysis pipeline for variant calling in a human disorder. The conference will cover NGS Applications and Workflows, Personalized Genomics, the Metagenomics link to health/disease, Non-invasive Prenatal testing, Cancer and Rare Disease genetics as well as Data Analysis and Storage etc. Take a look at the website to view the full agenda. |
