This symposium will focus upon the exploitation of single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) in the study of complex genomes. Aspects to be covered this year will include methods/strategies for effective utilization of DNA variation, functional genomics applications, population genetics, ethics, bioinformatics, and the study of human disease.
