This course explores the EBI resources dealing with protein-protein interactions and pathways, and it runs prior to the Interactome Networks conference 2008. Topics include - retrieving and exploring protein-protein interactions- IntAct and Protein Corral - predicting targets for pull-down experiments- Target - computing minimal connecting network for protein sets- MiNe - Ontologies and Standards in Interactions and Pathways: MIMIx, GO, ChEBI and HUPO (PSI) - Exchanging protein interaction data: The IMEx consortium - finding and exploring biological pathways- Reactome - state of the art: can I map an interaction into a pathway? - searching across all EBI resources using EB-eye |
