WSPC Journal of Bioinformatics and Computational Biology (JBCB) Author Processing Charge Discount

Please follow these steps to apply the author processing charges discount for WSPC Journal of Bioinformatics and Computational Biology (JBCB).

Step 1 – Once the journal accepts an article, the corresponding author(s) will receive a Journal Acceptance email from us. The email will ask authors if they would like to opt for Open Access Publishing.
Step 2 – Corresponding authors must indicate their choice of Open Access Publication with a society discount by writing to the handling journal editor.
Step 3 – Corresponding authors will then be asked to fill up and submit "Open Access Licence to Publish Agreement", with CC BY licence by default.
Under Special APC Waivers or Discounts (where applicable) please indicate:

  • Society: International Society of Computational Biology
  • Discount code: ISCB20 (JBCB) or ISCB15 (other WSPC journals)

Step 4 – WSPC will validate the author’s eligibility for the agreement.
