For participation

We ask every registered participant to send a paragraph (no more than 250 words) about his/her research interest by email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..

This will be compiled into a document and shared with all participants to foster interactions.

 

For presentation

Submissions for presentation are now closed.

 

Delegates are required to submit a short summary of their research interests and future plans along with their registration.

Participant selection: Summaries will be peer-reviewed as part of the speaker and participant selection process. The total number of delegates will be capped at 50, first come first served

Speaker selection: Two of the submitters will be offered a chance to present frontiers in science talk on their proposed research topic.
All selected research summaries will be made available to all meeting participants to facilitate the interaction of delegates sharing common research interests.

Submission guidelines

You will be required to submit the following information: 

Title: A short title explaining your active research area.

Abstract: No more than 250 words on your active research area for consideration for a frontiers in science talk.

Keywords: here you can suggest topic(s) for the roundtable discussions (this is not required).

Research summary (PDF or word document): This document should include information under the following headings:

  • Keywords representing your area of research
  • Previous research experience
  • Current research focus
  • Future research plans
  • Degrees completed along with majors/thesis topics
  • Postdoctoral training (if any)
  • Current position
  • Desired position (within the next 5 years)
  • Description on why you picked academia/industry/government
