From Denver & Eagle Airports and all points east of Aspen:

  1. Take I-70 west to Glenwood Springs.
  2. Take Exit 116 at Glenwood Springs, follow the signs for Hwy. 82 (right at 1st traffic light, right again at 2nd traffic light, onto Grand Ave./Hwy. 82, crossing bridge over Colorado River), toward Aspen.
  3. Follow Hwy. 82 for approximately 38 miles. DO NOT turn at the first sign for Snowmass (note mileage); this will take you to "Old Snowmass." Follow the signs for Snowmass Village/Snowmass Ski Area.
  4. Turn right onto Brush Creek Road at the traffic light, following signs toward Snowmass Village/Snowmass Ski Area.
  5. Follow Brush Creek Road for approximately 6 miles.
  6. In Snowmass Village you will pass a Conoco gas station on your right. Continue straight up the hill. At the top of the hill the road forks. Stay on Brush Creek Road, to the left, following the arrow on the "To Upper Village" sign.
  7. Take the next right turn onto Upper Snowmelt Road.
  8. Take the next left onto Elbert Lane. Continue to the end of the street to The Silvertree Hotel.

  1. Take I-25 North from Colorado Springs about 70 miles
    to Exit 194 (C470 West)

To go lunches are available from a local Deli at $16.00 each. Lunches must be ordered in advance of the conference for Friday and Saturday. They will not be available on-site for purchase.
  • Friday Lunch: Large slice pizza choices are vegetarian, cheese, pepperoni or meat combo (pepperoni, sausage and ham), with green salad, dessert and drink.

NEW FOR THIS YEAR: Radio frequency (RF) gate cards will be issued to all guests starting this year. These cards will allow faster access to the lifts and hands-free scanning. Please note there will be a refundable $5 per ticket fee for the RF card; refunds given at the ticket counters. Tickets at Aspen ticket counter are $(TBA) per day on-site. Lift tickets purchased at advance Rocky group rate are non-refundable.

Poster Session

General Information:

  • Posters will be available for viewing on Friday evening, December 11 and Saturday morning, December 12. There are two scheduled poster sessions: Friday, December 11 from 5:45 pm to 8:00pm and Saturday, December 12 from 10:35am-12noon. Poster Presenters should be available for presentation during the scheduled poster sessions.
  • There will be no pre-assigned poster boards, please place your poster on any available boards in the poster session room.
  • The poster board dimensions are 4 feet high x 4 feet wide. Tacks will be provided
    for securing your poster to the board.
