Cancellation Policy Full payment is due by December 1, 2014, in order to secure your sponsorship. Cancellation must be received in writing to GIW/ISCB-Asia 2014 by emailing giw2014@jsbi.org . A full refund less US$100 administration fee if cancellation received prior to October 1, 2014. 50% refund if cancellation received between October 1, 2014 and December 1, 2014. No refund after December 1, 2014.
