CALL FOR ABSTRACTS AND PARTICIPATION IN THE DREAM CHALLENGES

The Eighth Annual RECOMB/ISCB Conference on Regulatory and Systems Genomics, with DREAM Challenges is now accepting submissions of abstracts and responses to the DREAM Challenges. The conference will take place in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA, Sunday, November 15 to Wednesday, November 18, 2015.

Note:  The RECOMB / ISCB RSG DREAM conference is no longer including Full Papers in its submission process. All presentations will be selected from the Abstract Submission with opportunity to publish in the ISCB Community Journal as long-abstracts or full papers.

  • Non-coding chromatin state establishment, maintenance, and role in development
  • Regulatory non-coding RNAs, transcriptional
  • Co-transcriptional, post-transcriptional, and translational regulation
  • Regulatory networks
  • Genetic, molecular, and phenotypic variation and human disease.
  • Cellular signatures of biological responses and disease states
  • Mathematical modeling and simulation of biological systems
  • Methods for systematic validation of high-throughput biological predictions
  • Single-cell biology, proteomics, signaling
  • Metabolomics
