Abstract submissions close next Thursday

There’s only one week left to submit your abstract to be considered for a talk or poster presentation at ISMB 2026!

Key submission reminders:

• Submissions may include in-progress, unpublished research or studies published within the past 18 months. 
• A 250-word abstract is required for all submissions.
• If requesting a talk, you must also upload a long abstract of no more than 2 pages. 
• Abstract submissions must comply with ISCB’s Acceptable Use of Large Language Models Policy (found here).
• No exceptions will be made to the submission deadline.
