General Information:

  • POSTER BOARDS:  For poster dimensions, please click here for the PDF document.
    • Tacks will be provided for securing your poster to the board.
  • Posters presentations will be held during two sessions:
    • Poster Session A: Tuesday evening, May 15
    • Poster Session B: Wednesday, May 16
  • Poster Presenters will be assigned to one of the two sessions,
    SESSION A or SESSION B.
  • A poster list will be posted on the website with poster session
    assignments after March 22.
  • Poster Session Location - Michigan League Building, Main Ballroom
  • MAXIMUM poster dimensions are 46 inches high x 36 inches wide
