Short Abstract: Alternative splicing plays an important role in brain function and dysfunction associated with neurologic disease. Here we have examined changes in RNA splicing in mouse models of SCA1 during early stages before onset of pathology to identify potential genes and pathways involved in SCA1 disease onset and progression. |
