All ISMB/ECCB sponsors will receive:

  • Invitations to a special VIP Sponsor dinner. This evening will feature an innovative industry program for sponsors and will include special guests and select senior scientists on Saturday, July 21, 2007
  • Opportunity to present an Industry Track session during the conference program
  • Acknowledgment on the conference Web site, program book, recognition signage and through delegate appreciation of your support.

Delegate satchels* US $30,000: single sponsorship available or up to three organizations as joint sponsors at US$10,000 per organization. Includes color logo on satchel and opportunity to include one promotional brochure in satchel.

Gala Dinner US$27,000: This fun filled evening will be one of the conference highlights and will feature a truly authentic Austrian evening including a regional cuisine and entertainment at a Viennese Heuringer (wine tavern). Single sponsorship or up to three organizations as joint sponsors at US$9,000 per organization. Includes recognition signage, opportunity to welcome delegates to event and one promotional brochure in delegate satchel.

Conference T-Shirts*US$15,000: Single sponsorship or up to three organizations as joint sponsors at US$5,000 per organization. Includes organization logo on t-shirt and one promotional brochure in delegate satchel.

Opening Reception US$15,000: Fun filled evening of food and entertainment: Single sponsorship or up to three organizations as joint sponsors at US$5,000 per organization. Includes event signage and one promotional brochure in delegate satchel.

Luncheons US$15,000: Single sponsorship or up to three organizations as joint sponsors at US$5,000 per organization. Includes event signage and one promotional brochure in delegate satchel.

Poster Receptions US$15,000: Single sponsorship or up to three organizations as joint sponsors at US$5,000 per organization. Includes event signage and one promotional brochure in delegate satchel.

Refreshment Breaks US$5,000: Single sponsorship or two companies as joint sponsors at US$2,500 per organization. Includes event signage recognizing refreshment break sponsor(s).

Keynote Speaker Sponsorship US$5,000: Supports keynote travel expenses.

SOLD Name Badge Lanyards* US $3,000: exclusive sponsorship available to one organization.

Volunteer T-Shirts* US$3,000: exclusive sponsorship available to one organization.

Inclusion of marketing materials in delegate bags US$2000: Organizations can include one piece of marketing literature in delegate bags – this is an effective and affordable opportunity to reach all conference delegates for less than $1 per delegate.

Student Travel Fellowship US$1,500: Each year organizations support travel and expenses for students to attend the ISMB/ECCB 2007 conference.
