ISCB is
sponsoring the second Rocky Mountain Regional Bioinformatics Conference
(Rocky '04) in Aspen, Colorado
from December 10-12, 2004. The meeting will bring together computational
bioscientists from Montana, Idaho, Wyoming, Colorado, Utah, Nevada,
Arizona and New Mexico to share research results, build community,
and get to know each other better. A mixture of invited lectures,
discussions on topics of regional interest and short talks from many
regional research groups will make up the scientific program. Informal
community building opportunities include discounted lift tickets and
a catered dinner.
The conference will feature keynote speakers, flash
presentations and posters. We are accepting application for presentations for the conference until November 1, 2004. SUBMISSIONS CLOSED
A cash prize will be given to the best presentations.
