| 2009 International Conference of Genomics Oct. 21 - 23 The International Conference of Genomics (ICG-2009) organized by the Beijing Institute of Genomics (www.big.ac.cn), Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Genetics Society of China (www.chinagene.cn). will be held in Beijing, China on October 21-23, 2009. ICG-2009 will focus on "Challenges and Opportunities in the Age of Genomics", aiming to bridge the gap amid academic researchers and investors/manufacturers in the field of genomics and bioinformatics all over the world, and to explore the potential for genomics approaches to medical and therapeutic relevance.It covers four major topics: 1) Genome Stability and Epigenetics; 2) Bioinformatics and Computational Biology; 3) Genomics and Cellular Evolution; 4) Outstanding Unanswered Questions in the Age of Genomics.
