The goal of this conference is to bring together researchers in healthcare informatics, medical imaging, and systems biology to present the state-of-the-art research in their fields and to create synergies among the community to close the loop in the biological causal analysis of diseases, their detection through advanced imaging and the analysis of their relationships with treatments and outcomes. We solicit original, high-quality previously unpublished papers that address innovative research and development along the three tracks of healthcare informatics, systems biology and diagnostic imaging. Submissions will be double-blind and limited to eight pages, in an IEEE two-column format. Selected papers from the accepted program will be considered for publication in special issues of journals in the respective tracks.
