The goal of this workshop is to present cutting edge computer vision and pattern recognition methods with applications to bioinformatics. High-quality, unpublished papers in the relevant areas will be solicited. Relevant topics for this workshop include, but not limited to: 1.Geometric techniques in protein structure analysis 2.Protein surface representation and molecular docking 3.Tracking in fluorescent imaging 4.Superposition methods for protein structure comparison 5.Multiple 3D protein structure alignment 6.Protein structure classification 7.Protein secondary structure prediction 8.Microarray image analysis 9.Sequence analysis 10.Gene and regulatory signal discovery 11.Biological system pathways and network |
