The course will cover different topics involved in genome studies and their corresponding bioinformatics methodological backgrounds. The main topics will cover genome and NGS data analyses including Methods and tools to analyze Meta-genomic and RNA-seq data. The course programme will be centred on theoretical presentations followed by practical sessions where the same speaker will ensure theory and practice. Practical sessions in a Linux environment will involve Unix shell and Perl scripting. Participants should be familiar with this environment.
