ENCODE, the Encyclopedia of DNA Elements, is hosting its second annual Users Meeting! Learn to navigate, analyze, and integrate thousands of free, accessible human and other model organism data--from ChIP-seq, RNA-seq and DNAse-seq to newer experiments like eCLIP and CRISPR! The meeting will also include abstracts from other scientists, energetic talks from speakers such as Nancy J. Cox, Ph.D. (Vanderbilt University) and Mike Pazin Ph.D. (NHGRI).
