Description

This revamped iteration of our renowned Cancer Genomics series will cover the latest exciting developments in the fields of genomics and bioinformatics including machine learning and AI, single-cell and spatial analysis of cancers, cell plasticity, cancer immunity genomics, data integration and convergence, epigenetics, and genomic instability.

Featuring an exceptional international faculty, extensive networking opportunities and a limited number of in-person participants, this conference will provide both the possibility and intimate setting for top quality scientific interaction. We look forward to welcoming you to Bergamo for this exciting meeting!

The target audience for this conference is: participants from across a number of fields including systems biology, bioinformatics, artificial intelligence and machine learning, cancer medicine, translational research, epigenomics, cancer immunology and molecular pathology. Importantly, early career researchers will have the opportunity to present their work to the international community.

Speakers: Ido Amit (Weizmann Institute of Science, Israel), James Brenton (Cancer Research UK Cambridge Institute, UK), Carlos Caldas (Cancer Research UK Cambridge Institute, UK), Hannah Carter (UC San Diego, USA), Sarah-Maria Fendt (VIB-KU Leuven Centre for Cancer Biology, Belgium), Nuria Lopez-Bigas (Institute for Research for Biomedicine, Spain), Asaf Madi (Tel Aviv University, Israel), Elaine Mardis (Institute for Genomic Medicine, USA), Francisco Martinez-Jimenez (Centre for Molecular Medicine, Netherlands), Elisa Oricchio (EPFL, Switzerland), Trevor Pugh (Princess Margaret Cancer Centre, Canada), Eytan Ruppin (Center for Cancer Research, National Cancer Institute, USA), Yardena Samuels (Weizmann Institute of Science, Israel), and Efrat Shema (Weizmann Institute of Science, Israel)
