Description |

CIBB is a multidisciplinary forum for researchers interested in the broad application of computational intelligence to open problems in bioinformatics, biostatistics, and medical informatics. Held at the evocative St. Augustine XIII century deconsecrated church in the beautiful city of Benevento, the 2024 edition aims to bring together prominent researchers from the international scientific community interested in advances and future perspectives of both statistical and computational approaches to bioinformatic applications. CIBB is also looking for contributions on current trends and future opportunities at the interface between computer and life sciences, as well as applications of computational intelligence to systems and synthetic biology. Theoretical and experimental biologists are encouraged to participate and present their experiences facing novel challenges to foster multidisciplinary collaboration. Conference proceedings are traditionally published through different editorial platforms, such as the BMC Bioinformatics journal and the Springer Lecture Notes series. | |
