Description

This meeting combines the First Annual RECOMB Satellite Workshop on Systems Biology and the Second Annual RECOMB Satellite Workshop on Regulatory Genomics into a joint program.

The joint workshop will feature both invited addresses and presentations of submitted work addressing topics including:
* Inference of gene regulatory and protein signaling networks for understanding cellular responses and developmental programs.
* Model prediction of drug mechanism of action and toxicity.
* Pathway mapping and evolution in protein interaction networks.
* Multi-scale methods which bridge abstract and detailed models.
* Systematic design of genome-scale experiments.
* Modeling and recognition of regulatory elements,
* Identification and modeling of cis-regulatory regions.
* Modeling the structure and function of the regulatory region.
* Comparative genomics of regulation.
