Oxford University Press Offers Free Online Journal Access to Developing Countries The Oxford University Press is offering developing countries free or greatly reduced online access to many of its journals (initially until the end of 2004). This includes access to Bioinformatics, the ISCB's official journal. The offer is being made in conjunction with the International Network for the Availability of Scientific Publications (INASP) and the World Health Organisation (WHO). This offer is only available for established not-for profit educational institutes.
