TOPIC:
“The Interview Process” tailored to landing that bioinformatics
company position.
The Rocky Mountain Bioinformatics
Conference (Rocky 06) taking place December 1-3, 2006
in Snowmass Colorado includes, as in past years, a Bioinformatics
Education Panel Discussion. This year’s forum will be extremely
interactive and the success of the Education Panel will be dependent
upon participation of our Rocky participants. Please plan to attend
this forum! The mission of the Rocky Education Panel Forum is to
create a regional bioinformatics community that includes educational
resources and contacts for bioinformaticians at all levels from
student to research assistant to department head.
Different
from past Education Panels, this years forum will include two separate
sessions on consecutive days, Friday December 1 and Saturday December
2, both from 4-5 pm. Tentative
