Travel

How to get to the venue

By Plane

fly into Rome Fiumicino Airport (FCO) and take a high-speed train to Roma Termini Station, followed by a short bus ride or a 15-minute walk. 

fly into Ciampino International Airport and take:

Direct Shuttle Bus: Board a direct coach service like the Terravision Shuttle Bus or Sit Bus Shuttle from outside the airport terminal. The trip takes about 35 to 40 minutes and tickets cost roughly €6 to €8, 
Alternative (Bus + Train): Take a local transit bus to Ciampino Stazione FS (approx. 10 minutes, €1–€2), then catch a regional Trenitalia train straight to Roma Termini (approx. 16 minutes, €1–€3).

By Train 

take the train to Roma Termini Station. From there, you can easily reach the facility by taking a local city bus (line 492) or by completing the roughly 1.5-kilometer (1-mile) route walk

By Bus

The main ATAC public bus lines in Rome that drop off right at or very close to the National Research Council of Italy (CNR) main headquarters and its Sala Convegni / Aula Marconi at Piazzale Aldo Moro 7 are:
Line 310: Drops off at the Università/Scienze stop, which is just a 5 to 6-minute walk away on Viale delle Scienze (runs directly from Roma Termini). 
Line 492: Stops right by the area at Marrucini or Via dei Marrucini, putting you roughly 100 to 200 meters from the Piazzale Aldo Moro entrance (connects via Termini or Stazione Tiburtina).
Line C3: Stops at Ramni/Marrucini, a 3-minute walk from the complex.
Line 71: Stops nearby at Tiburtina/Marrucini, about a 5 to 6-minute walk to the CNR grounds.

By Metro

Metro B (Blue Line) to the Policlinico station. From there, it is a short 5 to 10-minute walk to Piazzale Aldo Moro.
