The University of Hong Kong and the International Society for Computational Biology (ISCB) are excited to invite you to the International Conference on Genome Informatics ISCB-Asia (GIW XXXIV ISCB-Asia 2025), taking place 10–13 December 2025 in Hong Kong. The ISCB Student Council will be hosting it's 4th Asian Student Council Symposium (ASCS2025), 10th December 2025.
A Legacy of Innovation
GIW began over 30 years ago as the Genome Informatics Workshop in Japan and has since grown into a premier international conference in the field. With a strong focus on genome informatics, the conference spans all areas of bioinformatics and medical informatics, bridging theoretical computer science and real-world applications.
ISCB-Asia continues to promote computational biology worldwide, bringing together ISCB's global perspective with Asia's dynamic regional communities. This year, GIW XXXIV ISCB-Asia VIII will serve as a powerful platform to explore cutting-edge advancements in computational biology, health informatics, and biomedical data science.
