Short Abstract: MHOLline is a scientific workflow focused on researches in Bioinformatics and Computational Biology. It is composed by softwares for sequence, function and structural protein analysis. Differently of first web version, focused in three-dimensional protein modeling, in version 2.0 the aiming was expanded to global analysis of proteins and user-workflow interaction. |
