Short Abstract: We analyzed mass spectrometry data from the human oligodendrocyte proteome using a customized protein repository constructed with RNA-Seq, EST and cDNA data. We were able to detected 47 previously undetected non-redundant peptides hypothetically derived from 44 potential novel splice variants not present in Uniprot/SwissProt sequence repository.
