| Short Abstract: This study presents a benchmark for plasmid manipulation softwares in silico. Evaluated software products were pDRAW32, PlasMapper e BioDonut. It aims to compare related software using Human-Computer Interaction metrics as following: installation, effectiveness, efficience and ease of use . As a trusted database for these softwares, GenBank was chosen. |
